Dr.Whittington  is an Optometrist specializing in comprehensive and refractive optometry. She received her Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry and her Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University.

Dr. Whittington  has extensive experience in pre and postoperative evaluation and management for refractive surgery. She has completed an internship in Ocular Disease at Dorn VA Hospital in Columbia, SC in addition to completing internships in Pediatric Vision Therapy, Low Vision and contact lens fitting while attending Southern College of Optometry.

Dr Whittington  is a member of the American Optometric Association, AOA Polictial Action Commitee and the South Carolina Optometric Association.
